The North Cotswold Hunt is very active within the local community and regularly undertakes fundraisers for local charities and projects. Check back to this page for stories of our work within the community.

NCH RAISES FUNDS AND COLLECTS DONATIONS FOR UKRAINIAN REFUGEES

The NCH has so far sent £1,500 to the DEC Charity for distribution amongst its memeber charities focusing on the Ukranian crisis.

In addition using it's network of contacts a significant volume of quality clothes, bedding and other essentials were assembled for transporting to Poland to help the refugees. This action is ongoing.

Cheltenham Festival Preview

The NCH held a Cheltenham festival preview evening on Sunday 13Th March. On the Panel were Kielan Woods, Tom Bellamy,Charlie Deutsch and DJ Jeffreys. Luke Harvey was compere for the night. With nearly 200 guests enjoying the evening £1,200 was raised for the Injured Jockeys Fund

Pony Club Fundraising

Congratulations to The North Cotswold Hunt Pony Club for an excellent albeit damp (and socially distanced) open air Carol Service service. They raised and donated £150 for CROP. Below is a letter from CROP thanking the NCHPC for their efforts.

I am writing on behalf of all of those involved in Cotswold Riding Opportunities Project CIC to thank you for the donation of £150 which was made recently.

As you may be aware CROP is a fairly young entity. Your contribution is very much appreciated, especially in these very difficult times; all funds make a difference as so many of these children would not have access to ponies without CROP.

As you can imagine we have struggled during many of the lockdowns but have kept our "doors open" when permitted as we are sure this escape from their daily routine provides a huge boost to children, more now than ever.

I am sure we all look forward to an end to these restrictions.

NCH fundraising for Midlands Air Ambulance

During the NCH Summer Fete and Dog Show 2019 a Cheque for £3,720 was presented to the Midlands Air Ambulance representing funds raised by the NCH over the Festive meets during Christmas and New Year.
